Jayda Dawn Warren

So I haven't been the best at keeping a blog but I think its about time I change that. Maybe this can be my sounding board instead of always calling my mom! ha ha

So to catch up, Chance and I were married Aug, 16 2008 we weren't planning on having kids for a few years, at least thats what I thought, but my husband thought different. After having some inspiration I decided that it was probably the best thing to do, with having the health problems I have. So I went off BC and 1 week later guess what I was prego. Come to find out we were due one day after our 1 year anniversary, Aug 17.

My pregancy went very well, I did not have any complications. Jayda did not want to come early, I guess she was just to cozy in there. Since I had Dance coming up 3 weeks after her due date my doctor decided it would be best to start me on my due date so I would have time to recover before I had to go back to teaching dance. We went in @ 1:00 a.m. Aug 17, and I progressed very quickly and Jayda Dawn Warren was born August 17, @ 2:08 p.m.

Can Chance Scare Me Anymore?

So as you can tell i'm not a very good blogger. I have a ton of pictures that still need to be put up about Halloween, Phantom of the Opera with my sisters, Thanksgiving and so much more but I have lost the cord to my camera to download them on to my computer. Hopefully I will get it figured out soon. So during Thanksgiving break Chance had ATV motorcross races down in Mesquite. He left Thursday night but I wanted to go to the Black Friday sales with all my sisters so I decided to stay home. I didn't make it down til Saturday morning before he raced. I took my sister Brooke and my two neices Rachell and Shaunte down with me. When Chance started to race I was really excited he was in First place and was doing really well even though there was only 3 ATV racers in his division. Its hard to explain but I will try my best from here on. Everyone before the races starts take a practice lap to know what lines they should take to know how the jump is going to throw them. Well Chance knew on this particular jump that he need to take the center line, but another kid was battling him for first place, and he decided to try and pass on a jump. He took the bottom line and it through him in to Chance. Their bikes went flying and that was all I saw until I seen Elliott, Chances dad, running toward Chance. I didn't know what to do I just stood there. All the sudden I hear my niece Shaunte say, "Crystal, GO!" So I ran towards him. When I got there he was hurting pretty bad and was complain of back and hip pain. They put him on the back board and took him to the ambulance to examine him. They said it was a really good bruise and that he was ok. But since then he can barely move and is hobbling around. I'm just so thankful that he is ok. It has bruised pretty good. But he will be just fine with time. THANK GOODNESS.

Heading to St. George!

Two weekends ago my sister Lacy started having seizures again. When she would have them before she always knew when they were coming on. Unlike her seizures before she didn't have any sign they were coming and instead of just her arms and legs twitching these were full blown seizures with her torso included. Lacy has already been to see a number of doctors and they have just stated that they are called Suto Seizures. This time she has had a very severe headache with them which she can't get to go away. She went for an MRI last week and since she has been having headaches they decided to run dye through her system. What a blessing! Come to find out she has a irregular blood vessel in her brain. Were headed to St. George tomorrow for an EEG. I will keep ya posted.
